"Do you honestly believe he can take each on? Especially if they ignite a war with another nation?" Ari replied as she finished taping up Rain. "I'm losing too many men to try and stop this war." Ari replied wiping her hands of blood. "What do you think you can do?"

"Leaders are too chicken too fight." Jiasca replied. "We do have crime here and some threats but nothing compared to whats recently been happening. A large amount of cities are like this. Its closer you get into each nation that you start seeing the troubles."

"I can offer an allience." Elizabeth said. "Lee is a good man and he's trying his best. He just listens to the generals too much. You have no idea the kind of soilders that Lee has."

Miranda sighed. "I wish that I wasn't a leaders child."

"The Sienta are unfortunately seen as enemies..." Ari replied. "Most of the membes I recruited are succumbing to the effects of their DNA being modified and are starting to go insane. I fear it will eventually happen to me. You can see it with the radically different personalities some of them are showing. I'm trying to make them stay as normal as long as I possibly can but I fear it will eventually affect myself. We aren't a good ally if in the end we may betray you because of this and I don't want to be used as dogs by Lee if I'm not there to protect them."

"Why not?" Jiasca replied. "Does that truly matter to who you are?"

"The only Dogs are those who have volenteered, or done something horribl in their lives." Elizabeth said.

"Yes." Miranda said.

"You didn't particularly like us. Why trust you?" Ari replied. "The dictator isn't seen as a friend."

"Why?" She replied. "I was nearly killed during a United Nations raid of my village and was saved and raised by Ari."

"Because I'm in your debt." Elizabeth said. "And that means I oue you. I hate oueing people and so need to repay it."

"I was raised by a large amount of people, all who weren't my father." Miranda saud.

Ari raised her eyebrow. "Rain might die because of your actions. I'm warning you that his death is at your hands. You owe him more than you do me." Ari replied and grabbed Elizabeth's hand and led her to the door. She covered Ariel in the blankets and than continued to lead Elizabeth down a spacious corridor and into a large bright room. It had two fireplaces and a large table with food. Two other men were sitting in it. One eating hungrily while the other just sipped at his water. Neither glanced at her. The one eating revealed shark like teeth with each bite and dark eyes from under his hood. The other looked peaceful and unconcerned. He had blue markings on his face.

"Do not worry. They won't bother you. These are other two that were on their missions who I know are alive. You can ask any questions and any food you want we will be able to provide." Ari replied as she sat Elizabeth down and sat next to her. Ari took a nearby cup of tea and began drinking. "So what are you willing to do to repay?"

"Well I guess we are the same there. Ari wasn't necessarily always there and even though I see her as an older sister or maybe mother she had to do what her leader said." Jiasca replied. "She owed him as much as I owed her."

"Anything, so long as it doesn't hurt my child." Elizabeth said.

Miranda sighed and sat down. She closed her eyes as she placed her head in her hands. "I need to go home."

"We aren't going to do anything against her." Ari replied and passed her some food.

"I'm sorry." Jiasca replied sitting next to her.

"Then, what is it you would like me to do?" Elizabeth asked.

"No, you don't understand. They'll be looking for me, and if they find me then many more will get hurt." Miranda said.

"Help Rain. He obviously saved you and took the damage. Highly risky since any injury can become deadly." Ari replied. "What do you believe you can do than?"

"Liquid may be an idiot but he is one that is terribly hard to kill. Trust me I've tried." She replied and punched her playfully on the shoulder. "I'll get you back there than."

"Perhaps I could take those injuried onto my self." Elizabeth said softly.

Miranda smiled at her. "Thank you. I don't want more innocents to die because of me."

"I don't believe that is necessary." Ari replied showing her arm and revealing bandages in blood. "I didn't take it all but this will suffice. Rain of all of us is suffering from mental breakdown. I've done what I can to salvage his mind but I'm not sure I will be able to keep him partly sane."

"Liquid says your important but I will be able to get you back to the city." Jiasca replied. "What do you fear will happen?"

"Then what can I do?" Elizabeth asked.

"They will eriadicate the city." Miranda said. "And anyone who has seen me since I was taken."

"Do you think you know anyone who could prevent him from going insane?" Ari asked.

"Don't worry. Our army is strong and Suereva was the first site of the old war. If they even think of attacking this both other nations will immediately go into war to protect this site. It is one of the few trading posts."

"I have a degree in psychology." Elizabeth said.

Miranda sighed. "You just don't get it."

"Than help." Ari replied.

Katsu looked up and bared his teeth. "Why trust her? She is part of them and only filling her own goals. She doesn't care for the people."

Jin'ichi just glanced at her.

"What?" Jiasca asked.

"I care more than you know." Elizabeth said. "And do not bear your teeth at me like some animal. If thats how you act, then its no wonder that, that is how you are treated."

"You know." Miranda looked up again. "I'll be 17 next month."

Katsu grinned and tore the table in half. "You believe you understand me? You think you know? What happens when you are created to be an absolute killer? Do you think I have a choice." Katsu tried to reach out and grab her neck.

Jin'ichi instantly pulled his hand away with his scythe. "Sorry... My friend has suffered a lot." Jin'ichi replied politely. "Just be careful."

Ari looked at Elizabeth without being moving. "Fine than help us."

"Well thats good." Jiasca replied. "I'll remind myself to get you something."

Elizabeth didn't move an inch during that whole ordeal. "You must also want to help yourself before I can do anything."

"There will be a grand party. There will be pretty dresses and whole feasts that could fill the lower districts bellys with food for a year." Miranda sighed.

Katsu grinned.

"We help him any way we can but his lust for killing is as strong as your urge to eat." Ari replied.

"Why do you allow that?" She asked.

"Well, currently I have no urge." Elizabeth said, looking at the food with distain.

"I dont." Miranda said. "Everyone who is invited are there for my father. Its just another social event. I usually end up in the corner, wondering if theres a way I can send the scraps to the slums."

"Why not?" Ari asked.

"Why don't you just give them the food?" Jiasca replied.

Miranda just laughed. "Do you know that those who attend such parties have this special drink? This drink actually causes you to throw up, just so you can eat and induldge more."

"I just don't." Elizabeth said

"Your society sounds wasteful... And you wonder why people dislike your nation." Jiasca replied.

"It is provided people who support us. People who are poor or unable to fight for themselves. They show support by bringing us rations. The least you can do is not deny or waste what they give us."
