Euchre smiled. "I've never done that before." He teased as he began to clean himself and retrieve his clothes. "Probably be banished from my own people if they realized what I did with a human."

"We are human. Those deities we created aren't us. They are pathetic models we have created that only idolize violence and ignorance. We should choose who lives or dies. Why? Because not all humans are good and those that are good deserve to live." Hykos replied. "Think of all the good people we should save and all the vile ones who should die."

"We need to send this data out. If you truly care about what you are or anything regarding us or our enemies we need to rid the information now before anybody troublesome discovers it!" Drea replied as she moved toward the console. "Help!" She asked as the structure continued to fall apart.

Blue pressed a number of sequences and soldiers began to take the bullets for him . "Screw these people. They believe they can do anything with funds. Well I'll prove to them that I can as well." He replied as a few shots grazed his shoulder and one ricocheted off the ground and wildly hit him in the arm.

"I'm sure that they'd forgive you." Miranda said.

"That doesn't mean that you should be able to take that life away!" Geoff snapped. "Its not up to us, it never should be not when innocents are hurt in the cross fire. When we fight to remove the world from those who you call 'bad' they arn't the only ones who are hurt. They have their reasons. They do this because they believe it to be right. Its not all light and dark."

Ayama put a strong arm on the girls arm. "I wont watch you die for this."

Euchre looked down. "Its why I wish to help them so much... My family has a terrible past... I'm not even welcomed or liked upon my own..." Euchre smiled and began to make the fire.

Hykos remained silent. "Than do you believe I should die for all the evil I created?" Hykos turned and looked at Dram.

Drea turned and sighed. "Lets go." She replied as she turned. The floor began to collapse as fire began to encroach on them.

One of the bodies on the floor began to move and grabbed a firearm close to it. It aimed at the group and began to fire.

Some more of them began to do the same.

"Well, you're always welcome with me." Miranda gave him a small smile.

"I don't believe anyone should die." Geoff said. "Thats why I'm a doctor. Soem deserve to be locked away where they can't cause harm, and others should be allowed to redeam themselves, but death isn't something I'd wish upon anyone."

Ayama swore. Elizabeth grabbed a gun and began to fire at the bodies.

Euchre smiled. "Thats what I hope."

"Than what do you believe should be done to me?" Hykos asked as he turned and looked at Geoff. "You could have let that thing kill me."

Some collapsed as others tried to escape what once was a stable building.

"Lets go." The women replied from the console. "We have nothing left to save here."

"You need to fix what you have done wrong." Geoff said.

---

Elizabeth ran past, helping those who had fallen to their feet if they were able. Ayama dragged Drea from the building.

Miranda smiled back. She finished cleaning herself and sat beside him at the fire.

"So what do you believe we should do?" Euchre smiled as he ran his finger across her arm and a blue glow trailed after his touch. "You did something I don't think any human has done."

"This is terrible..." Drea looked at Ayama. "This facility is next to a highly secured prison. If its hell here imagine what its like close by. We should offer any assistance." She coughed as the smoke began to enter the room. Some soldiers ran away in panic as others thanked Elizabeth and tried to escape.

As they moved forward a section of the wall collapsed and a man 4 times their size ripped a soldier in half. Drea stopped them as the being moved forward. "Its worst than I thought."

Euchre looked at her and his ears began to twitch. "A lot of people are out there..." He turned to Miranda.

"I need to get to my daughter." Elizabeth said, panicing. She looked to the others.

Ayama sighed. "Look, we got this. You go find your girl." Elizabeth ran off. The assasian spoke into her wrist. "Assistence required. Any actives report to the main section, I repeat report to main section. Hostiles are to be taken out. Repeat, leave no hostiles alive."

Miranda watched the blue trail closly. She looked up when he spoke of people being out there. "What kind?"

"This prison... Its not normal..." Drea replied. "Obviously experiments are taken place here." She replied as they moved forward. "We have to take the prison back." She grabbed a nearby firearm and went to the gaping hole the creature had left behind.

"Not the good kind..." Euchre replied as his hand moved over her again and the blue trail appeared again.

"Before we move away and I get dressed, what the hell is that?" Miranda asked.

"Fucking... You're nuts." Ayama yelled after her. "I'm getting out of here."

Drea grabbed her shoulder. "Come on Ama. Like the good old days. We can also find some people of use in there." She replied as explosions crackled in the air. "If we don't get this under control it'll be a loss for you and this city."

"Nothing." Euchre replied as he moved his hand away. "Just something Keidran's can do." He replied as he continued to listen around. "I don't know if they know we are here or not."

"I can get out of here in time." Ayama said. "I'm not a solider anymore."

Miranda stood and got dressed quickly.

Euchre stomped out the fire ad scattered the ashes. He grabbed her and their supplies and quickly entered the bushes. Immediately after they left a group of people wandered in the area. They all wore what looked like League clothing. They tossed their weapons on the ground and looked at the wild.

"Finally get some rest. We should reach the end of the border within next month and screw the bastards who did this too our home." One replied as he rubbed his hair.

"They aren't organized but hopefully a full fledged war won't start from this. We don't even have defined borders but we know not to get too close to Lee's city." A soman replied.

"Ama... I wasn't asking for you to be a soldier but to be a good shot. Come on Ama. We can do this." She encouraged her and looked at Elizabeth.

Miranda frowned. They were giving too much away for normal conversation. Something was up.

Elizabeth had gone off to get her daughter.

"I don't do this for free." Ayama said.

The men looked around. They seemed a bit suspicious of the area and some explored the nearby forest getting extremely close to where they were hidden.

"I know expect payment." Drea replied as fire blasted above their head.

Ari watched as Elizabeth entered the building. She held Elizabeth's daughter in her hands.

Miranda moved in closer to her friend.

"Come on then." Ayama sighed.

Elizabeth rushed forward and hugged her daughter close.

Euchre held her down. "The League... What should we do?" He whispered.

"Whats wrong Ama?" Drea replied as she followed her. "Lost your touch? Anyways I believe you can find something helpful in here."

---

The whole image dissolved and her daughter dissipated in her hands. The man, Blue looked down at her from Ari's place. His mask covering his face and he breathed slowly. "I believe... We need to talk..."

"Wheres my daughter?!" Elizabeth snapped at him.

"I have not lost my touch." Ayama said. "I just have a stronger survival instinct now."

---

"Hide." Miranda said.

"You need to tell me whats happening." He replied as he swayed. "I've drugged you while you ran away. Those two others nearly killed me." He replied flipping something between her fingers. "Ari has moved her to a safe location don't worry. She sees much in your daughter. She wouldn't let any hands on her so I wouldn't worry. I just need to ask you a few questions. My quarrel isn't with you or your daughter."

"Thats new." She replied and looked around the corner. "I believe there will be something of help inside. Do you want any prisoner recruits?" She replied as she slowly walked in.

A groad was heard from a nearby bush. One of the soldier pulled out a pistol and walked over as he aimed it in front of him. As he pushed the bush aside a loud scream filled the air.

What looked like a half rotten corpse grabbed at his body and while the man shot frantically it sank its jaws into his skin.

"Holy shit. Those buggers are here." Replied another soldier as he pulled out his firearm and fired at the being. Even with multiple shots it took a while for it too actually finally drop dead. Its mouth still moving as its body was too damaged to move correctly.

The soldier fell back and began looking at his wounds worriedly.

A fellow soldier walked behind him and fired without a second thought. He than pulled a large knife and began to hack at the body. "These things won't stop even if the brain was shot." He replied as he kicked the body aside.

"I swear there was someone here though. Looks like their gone. If they were innocents they wouldn't have much of a problem and usually they always flock to us when these things are around. Its easier to eradicate them that way."

"If they haven't come to us than I don't suspect them to be civilians." Another replied. "Keep your eye out and lets begin to search again. We have to defend this forest."

The rest of the group nodded and began to dissipate back into the forest while a few stayed behind.

"You drugged me?" Elizabeth asked. "No... No. I need to go and find my daughter."

"Why would I?" Ayama asked. "If they have the skills I'll think about it."

"FUck." Miranda swore. "We need to get out of here."

"I did so to get to you. Why do you worry about her more than herself? Let me ask you this, I am not here to stall you but if you do not take care of yourself than she has no future. If you truly love her than keep yourself a live." He replied. "Can you do that?" He replied walking over to her.

"You will love this prison than. That monster was one of them." As they entered the building they heard shouts and things moving about. Some of the cells were filled with prisoners who were yelling and cheering things on while others were empty or broken.

The noises in the forest were beginning to get louder.

Some men began to plant what looked like turrets on the floor while others began to use flashlights against the forest.

"Where?" Euchre asked.

Elizabeth stepped away from him and ended up against a wall. "Its all I ever try to do."

Ayama walked by the cells with confidence. "Why are we in here again?"

"I don't know. Anywhere." Miranda said. "Maybe.. Maybe we can get those men to help."

"That is a lie. You easily got drugged, I could have killed you here and during my little raid your life could have ended.... If you truly value your daughter than value your life. Also, if you want her to live I suggest teaching her how to defend herself. Guns, genetic enhancement or otherworldly powers may keep her alive a lot longer. If you intend her to be your goal than you must survive as well. She has no future without you." He replied stepping close to her until his face was close to hers. "If you intend to leave this nightmare you must kill me but I intend to help you with your goals if you do the same for me."

"We could work out a deal." Drea replied as she watched as a group of soldier were covered in small black insects. They screamed and yelled as the insects scurried around them and overwhelmed their bodies. Within seconds the insects scurried back to the only man standing as the only thing left from the men before him were bones. The insects seemed to crawl back into his skin and body but unlike the men before they seemed to enter his skin and do no harm.

"Its all up to you. I will be fine with any choice." Euchre replied.

"Shit. Shit!" A voice yelled from the forest. "We have hundreds!" Another voice screamed.

The men scrambled and began to set up anything else they could fine. Screams began to erupt from the forest as the sound of bustling and groans continue to come closer.

"Set up anything to stop them from advancing. We will call an air raid soon and hopefully get some troops." One replied as he used a radio.

"Its about to be hell here in minutes just hold out till than!" Another called out.

Elizabeth looked up at him. "The last man who forced me to help him entered my mind and took me and my daughter from our life of safety."

"Impressive." Ayama nodded. She looked to Drea. "Also psychotic."

---

"We wont survive on our own." Miranda said. "I can help them and they can help us. Lets go." She grabbed his hand and left from their hiding spot.

"I am party that tracks and captures those very same people who do that." He pressed his hand against his chin. "I don't ask you to trust me just to think. You need your daughter to defend herself. Haven't you seen this world?" He asked as he opened his arms. "I believed I had the edge against Ayama and Drea but in an instant everything went to hell. I don't know what false sense of security you believed you gained in any city but you of all people should know it is exactly not that. Not safe, not safe at all." He looked at her. "Do you truly want to be in a place where there is false hope or would you rather create a place where true hope exists?" He looked at her and coughed.

"Well... A better reason to look around." She replied but as soon as Ayama talked the man looked at them. He opened a hand and a swarm of beetles began to eat from his skin and fall to the ground. They scurried rapidly toward Ayama and Drea as they devoured anything in their path.

---

"This is terrible, damn disease is rampant." One of the soldiers replied as he watched Euchre and Miranda burst from their hiding spot. He turned almost immediately and aimed his rifle at Euchre and his sidearm at Miranda. His breathing slowed and he eyed them both. "I believe I found what our radar was showing." He told the group.

They all seemed to freeze as if not expecting it at all.

"They aren't stranded..." The man with the weapons pointed replied to his group. "Who are you?" He asked cautiously.
