RP Place of RP

Ayama grinned at him as she easily avoided the metel shard. She moved closer to him, dodging anything else he threw.

Elizabeth placed her daughter down. "I don't need to talk anymore."

--

Miranda sighed. "The world sucks."

The being lurched forward and launched itself rapidly towards her at incredible speeds trying to impale her with the shrapnel across its body.

"Why?" He asked as the train slowly began to move and he began to examine his hand. It was bleeding profusely and he ripped part of his shirt and began to clean up the blood.

Turk laughed. "I supposed you were born in a city that was safe I presume. Not a lot of people know how bad it is but its far worst then people realize." He replied.

Elizabeth went over and took over the job as medic for his hand. "Because, with everything I've been through its just easier not to get to know people."

Miranda smiled at him. "I was born sheltered." She looked around for her friend.

Ayama stopped moving and a he came close, she jumped onto his back.

"I'm sorry too hear that." He replied as he looked down at her daughter. "If it makes you feel better I will protect your daughter with everything I have." He replied as he looked down at her. "You don't have to fret about my hand though. It has never stopped bleeding since I could remember." He replied as his hand seem to slowly lose blood.

"Well its terrifying how the world truly is once you experience it." He replied as he looked at her. "I have one last question. Why would you kiss me when you obviously have your friend who you like." He teased as he pointed at Euchre who was talking to other Keidrans. A small child hugged him while some either shunned him or appreciated him.

It grunted and began to run backwards toward a wall. The Pain launched thousands of insects towards the haggard and stopped it briefly before contacting the wall. Some of the objects jutting from its body pressed themselves into Ayama. The Pain cursed as he began to move slowly as the haggard kept trying to crush Ayama. The pains could feel his arms cracking as the leash of insects struggled to grasp themselves together.

"Why is that?" Elizabeth asked.

Miranda smiled at the sight. "I don't know what I feel for him. All I know is that he is a good friend."

Ayama wrapped her arm around the haggards throat. She was in obvious pain.

Shiruba freed her hand from her touch for a moment and opened his wound a bit more. From the puddles of blood began to form what appeared to be a wolf like creature. It didn't appear ferocious or vile but beautiful and domestic. It waited for a few moments staring at Elizabeth before Shiruba dispelled the pool with a part of his shirt. "I have a few of those and that one is the nicest but it seems I constantly bleed. It usually doesn't get this bad but despite whatever I do it remains on my hand. He replied as he showed it to her and revealed some markings on the back of his hand.

"I don't mean to frighten you just answering your question." He replied as he let her do whatever she wished with his hand.

"Keidran are very loyal. If they liked the temperature around our city we would welcome them but they usually stick to the borders or federation. What worries me about him is he doesn't look slave bred or born of the lower class. What you might be looking at is some form of royalty but for him to be out here is insane for any noble of his kind. Something must have happened back home. Maybe they traded him for food, to free slaves or for some peace treaty. Its odd with what they do but he must know a lot if he was sent here. Usually they aren't considered valuable by humans or Alundra and sometimes the Basitin but it usually just depends on the person... So... Is he more then a friend?" Turk teased as he poked at her. "I saw you glowing when you fell asleep in my vehicle. That doesn't just happen even with a genetically modified body."

Turk's radio cackled. "We have something suspicious at outpost 15. Will report immediately if we find anything worth mentioning." The radio silenced.

The haggard gripped at its throat as it lurched forward trying to launch her from its back. The pain fell backwards as his insects finally collapsed and he hurriedly ordered his insects to rapidly smash themselves against the haggards side. Some erupted on impact ad spread acid all over his skin causing him to yell in pain. He stumbled as the insects forced him in the opposite direction of their onslaught.

Drea had taken the chance to finally escape and held the boy tightly.

Elizabeth nodded. "I appreciate that."

"We've fucked one." Miranda said. "But why did I glow?"

Ayama continued to hold on tightly.

Shiruba nodded as the train rocked back and forth. "It must be strange relying on the trust of strangers. Especially when it appears you don't know what is truly happening. You can finally be safe though and stay. My next inclinations are that the league will attack the city of thieves. After that we should be safe as their war rages on." He replied.

Turk laughed. "Now very good at keeping secrets. Also, seems like you try to seduce but I'm a gentleman and my family has already done enough to damage our name." He replied as he smiled. "That means he will protect you and is bonded to you. Any pain you feel he will share and reduce it from you. I saw him falter after you used that power to kill the horde and I still thank you for that but for him to do something like that to you is insane." Turk replied

The Haggard grunted and immediately launched himself forward into a wall hoping the sudden force of the stop would cause her massive internal damage.

"I saved him from slavery." Miranda said. "I think I'm the only person to have ever treated him like an equal..." She looked back to Turk. "I do flirt, and I tease but that doesn't mean I plan on fucking every guy I see."

"We were meant to be safe before." Elizabeth said.

Ayama cried out in pain and tightened her arm. "We are not your enemy!" She growled out.

The Haggard froze. Its arms were bleeding and bruised with the constant collisions against the walls. They looked nearly mangled as it breathed slowly. Its face covered in pieces of cement. It touched her arm lightly and fell onto a knee as it tried to regain a breath.

The being was suddenly shocked and fell to the ground with a jolt. It began to shake uncontrollably again as Dr. Strange handed the remote to the small boy to play with.

"I believe I have seen enough." He replied as he looked at Ayama and the Pain.

He ruffled the young boys hair beside him. "I believe you now see I always get the results I expect no matter what I must need to sacrifice." He replied as he looked down at the Haggard. "I was expecting you to kill him though. I couldn't actually believe you would make him feel."

Strange replied as he stroked his chin. "You are quite interesting Miss Ayama... I believe I can trust you with my subject." He replied as he once again looked at the boy at his side.

"Well I believe this was safe for their terms." Shiruba replied. "The Sienta are ruthless and war is where they are comfortable." He replied as he looked at Elizabeth. "I fought them in..."

The sound of something landing above stopped him in mid sentence as he looked above.

A large sword pierced itself into the metal and peeled a section of itself off. Katsu looked down at the group covered in blood and grinned before he collapsed onto the ground of the train.

"I found you..." With a breath.

Shiruba immediately scrambled for a firearm and aimed it at the body before him and was prepared to pull the trigger.

"Why did you save him?" Turk asked as he applauded the action. "Not many people stand up to the slave drivers that exist on the borders. That faction is very brutal and chaotic with their actions." He replied and nodded. "For him to have given you that shows that I believe you are right... I don't believe he has ever seen much good." Turk laughed at the last part of her words. "I don't plan on you doing so but I will remind you on holding your kissing offer. I hope one day to be able to receive something like that but currently I need to redeem myself and even if the League forces me on a suicide mission at least I can say that I did it honorably." He replied and looked at her. "And I did it because I needed to help those in my family who are looked at with disgust."

The boy grinned and began to press the button over and over.

Ayama stood slowly. Her whole body shook. She spat some blood off to the side. "Oh, how I will enjoy killing you, doctor." She growled.

Ariel moved quickly from her spot and rushed over to Katsu. She wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tightly. She closed her eyes.
Elizabeth stood in front of them both. "Put that gun down."

"I saved him because I know what its like to be locked up." Miranda said. "No one deserves that."

"I have all the information I require. You chose not to fight Mammon and if you choose to fight now you will only lose your fight with him currently." Doctor Strange replied as he adjusted his glasses and looked over Ayama carefully. "It is Doctor Strange." He clarified as he grabbed his lenses and breathed on them and wiped them with his lab coat which was still stained with the blood of the child. "I don't underestimate you Miss Ayama but don't believe I didn't take any precautions... If you try to kill me I will blow up the man over there." He replied as he pointed to the Pain and held another remote and dangled it in front of the boy teasingly as the Haggard continued to convulse on the ground. "I don't believe I need to remind you that I rule this prison and many like this along the border.... Unlike you who has to depend on others to cooperate I simple create agents and implant them with diseases or malfunctioning organs so they must depends on me or they will simply die since gaining medical help here will only result in death." He replied as he rested his hand on the boy's shoulder.

"And even if you do plan to kill me I plan on making this boy my replacement. I believe he would exceed me in every way if I was to meet an early demise." He replied as he patted the boy's shoulder. "Of course that isn't yet because I have one last thing to do until he is complete and that is involving you, Ayama." He replied with a smirk.

"Now, I would recommend that you don't keep to your word and begin to retreat. Otherwise I would be forced to commit unnecessary casualties on your behalf." He reminded her as he walked closer to Ayama but enough to keep his distance safe from her.

"Just tell Drea that I plan on killing her since that monster allowed you to remain free from my control... If she hadn't used that accursed power of hers you would have been mine from the start of your little adventure into this city." He spat as he turned away from them and headed towards the boy. "You are allowed to take him." He replied as he nodded towards the Pain. "But I'm afraid the Haggard must remain here for more operations that must be done to make him the perfect killing machine." Doctor Strange replied as he tightened the gloves on his hands.

Shiruba stared down the barrel into the eyes of Elizabeth. Both of his eyes unmoving as he kept his gaze on her.

He squeezed the trigger and the bullet rushed past her ear and entered Katsu's shoulder. Katsu growled and grabbed at his arm as he writhed in pain.

Shiruba lowered his weapon and tossed it towards Elizabeth. "I won't kill him... But I definitely won't allow him to be able bodied on this train." Shiruba replied as he motioned for somebody to help take care of Katsu.

Katsu was surprised at Ariel's response and just lay there as he tried to catch his breath. He seemd to have looked worse from the fighting and only seemed half conscious. Katsu's eyes remained unmoving from Shiruba though as if an old rivalry had been ignited.

Katsu cringed as he grabbed at his shoulder though and looked at Elizabeth. He expected to die there and this person had saved his life. A person with no powers of her own and that had denied them had protected him. He just tried to sit upright as he tried to rest. His body aching from everything he had encountered and his current wound.

"If you want to shoot me I won't stop you or will allow any person on this train to harm you." Shiruba replied as he looked at Elizabeth. "I just hope you understand that I am just looking out for the majority and that man has killed more then you would be able to bury in your lifetime." Shiruba replied as he turned his back on her as if greeting her too shoot him. "I believe you the most understand the insanity of the world we live in."

"Well no one deserves to be caged like an animal but unfortunately as humans we have this lust to control others." Turk replied as he looked at Miranda. "What do you believe he deserves though? And what will you do for him?" Turk replied as he watched as Euchre continued to talk to the others. Someone seemed to become angered at him and did not look human or Keidran.

Elizabeth grabbed the gun and shot Shiruba in the same shoulder that he had shot Katsu. "And I believe in an eye for an eye." She said.

"No." Ayama said. "He comes with me too."

"I don't know." Miranda said. "And I wont know until the time comes. I do believe everyone should be treated equally, and not discarded because they have a little extra hair."

Shiruba gripped at his shoulder and fell on his seat. "An eye for an eye makes the whole world go blind." He replied as he didn't complain of her decision. He just watched over them as Katsu continued to cringe. Whatever had happened to him had caused him to have lacerations all over his body and was causing him to tremble at the loss of blood.

"I'm fine." Katsu assured Elizabeth. "I was just sent to find you." He replied as he breathed erratically.

"Hm...? I don't believe you have a choice in this decision... Why should I allow something of that power in your hands? It almost annihilated you." Doctor Strange reminded her.

---

He laughed. "So what do you think of Keidrans?" He asked as he looked at the sky. "What do you think of us?" He replied referring to the soldiers that continued to build the camp.

"You can never annihilate me." Ayama said. "Believe me. I tried."

Miranda shrugged. "No judgement."

--

"Well, I'm fine." Elizabeth said. "You, however, are not."

"Well then I believe you can take what you want but I warn you to stop seeing me as a threat. If you continue to do so I may become one to you and I believe having our forces murdering eachother ruthlessly will not help either of our causes." Doctor Strange replied. "Trust me, I don't view you as an enemy but could you hurt my operations." Strange replied as he looked down at the boy. "And I believe my successor would not enjoy that."

"You must have some opinion... That we are crazy doing such things or that you dislike us. We are technically the enemy here." Turk replied as he watched as new vehicles entered the encampment.

"I've been through much worse... Had I known I would see him here I would have saved some of my insignia's for him." Katsu replied as he looked at Shiruba.

Shiruba just stared back as he gripped his shoulder.

Katsu coughed and looked at Ariel still a bit surprisedat what she had done.

The boy was still reaching for the button that would kill Pain.

Ayama went over to The Haggard and helped him to his feet.

" No opinion." Miranda said.

Elizabeth walked over to help tend to Shirubas shoulder.

Ariel looked up. "You okay?" She asked.

The scientist dangled it just outside the boy's reach. "Now, now... No use it destroying your toys before you play with them..." He replied as he looked at Ayama. "And you may gain another in the process... I should warn you the haggard has the power of a freight train and could possibly kill you at any moment. The power I implemented in that thing is ten fold that of a normal human being." He looked at Ayama.

The doctor that they had met and treated Euchre was being taken into a ten. He looked horribly disfigured and held an empty frame to his chest.

Turk looked over and watched as the new arrivals had been brought in.

"Did the city see hell?" He asked a soldier that walked by and only nodded and was yelling orders. Apparently the mission there had gone awry and only reports of thousands either dead or missing kept him occupied.

Turk looked at Miranda before trying to figure what had happened in the skirmish.

"Don't worry about me." Katsu replied as he heaved. "I've survived worse... I guess eventually pushing it to the limits eventually causes it to break." He told her as he leaned on her for a bit of support.

Shiruba just gripped his shoulder and looked at her. "Its fine... Its what you decided and I should deal with it." He replied as a doctor entered the room and looked at the blood everywhere.

"How many times did I tell ya... If your going to donate blood can you at least keep it in a plastic bag?" The doctor replied sarcastically as he opened a bag. He had a doctor mask wrapped around his mouth and an apron stained with fluid of multiple bodies. He looked at Ariel first and seemed surprised to find a child. "I'm sorry little lady... I don't believe I have any lollipops at the moment but I'm not a bad man. I just don't do good things." He assured her as he continued looking in his bag and then suddenly turned and looked at Katsu.

"What in the hell? I'm surprised even in that state that your body is still much more attractive looking than your face." The doctor replied as he pulled out a drill and turned it on. "So which leg am I removing?... I'm joking I didn't bring my hacksaw with me." He replied as he tossed the drill aside.

He finally looked at Elizabeth but his humor was gone of his voice. "I don't understand how you are affiliated with the Sienta or this man in the front of the train but I warn you now. If you want to keep that girl safe you must choose a side eventually and a side you believe will win and gain you what you wish." He replied as he pulled out some gauze. "I don't believe you understand what you have placed yourself into."

"There is a doctor in that lot." Miranda said. "I'm pretty sure he tried to sell us into slavery."

" Whoopie for him." Ayama said.

---

"And I don't believe I asked to hear what you had to say." Elizabeth spat at him.

Ariel looked to the doctor. "You're wrong, you know."

"Hm?" Turk replied as he looked at the group. "We will interrogate him." He replied as he looked at Miranda. "It looks like it was hell down there though." He replied.

---

Dr. Strange smiled as the Haggard finally made it onto its feet and looked at Ayama. It was battered and bruised and lurched in pain as it walked.

---

"Too bad. I say what I want. If you wish to help I would just ignore it." He replied as he threw some medical supplies toward her feet to help Shiruba.

"Now you say I'm wrong little lady?" The Doctor smiled through his mask. "What if I told you I made that man." He pointed at Katsu who just grinned.

"No, let me talk to him." Miranda said. "Maybe punch him a bit."

----

Ayama walked over and gently placed her hands on him to steady him. "Careful now, big guy."

The boy pouted up at the doctor.

"I would still say your wrong." Ariel said as she hugged Katsu tighter. "Actions make a person. You could have a good heart, but if you use it to hurt others than you are nothing more than a man who hurts others and ignores that good heart, making it useless and not actually there."

"Go ahead. He will be taken to the medic tent." He replied as he nodded to let her go.

"Maybe you can play..." Strange teased as he looked at them as the Haggard looked at Ayama then back at the doctor.

---

"Well Katsu has an artificial heart." The man nodded. "I created it of plastic and modeled it after a pigs. It worked quite well." He replied as he coughed.

"Is that the only good thing you have done?" Ariel asked him.

Ayama held the Haggard close and lead him out.

Miranda stood and went to the doctor.

"Look little lady. I don't even have my medical school degree because when I was studying my educational center was blown to pieces. It was one of the worst strikes during the old war and I got to learn first hand. Still don't have a degree but I've probably worked on more patients than a modern doctor has. I've seen hell and I actually believe I have a split personality disorder mixed with a bit of post traumatic stress disorder. I actually helped create some of the specimens that they wanted to use in the war like Katsu. I only saw it as a way to live I just didn't want to suffer like the poor had on the front lines. If you see how it is around here I believe it is comparable but I help like I can. I just have a sick twisted sense of humor to cope with the problems I have." He replied as he looked at Ariel. "I guess I could say I have done good but I also had people die in my arms. Do you think I could ever consider myself good after that?" He asked sincerely looking at Ariel then Elizabeth while he pulled out some stitches and looked at Katsu. "Now the only problem I have is I can help him but I am afraid of him biting my arm off."

Dr. Strange dropped the remote for the boy and the Haggard breathed slowly as his eyes looked around. "Thank... You..." It seemed to grumble as the shards on his body seemed to rumble as they finally exited the building.

---

The doctor was beaten pretty bad and a soldier sat next to him applying multiple syringes. The soldier seemed out of sleep but tried to do the best he could as he applied the medicines.

"He wont bite you." Ariel said as she took hold of Katsu's hand. "He's very nice."

---

The boy grinned as he finally got to press the button.

"No problem." Ayama smiled. As they left the building, all of her exterior wounds began to heal before their very eyes.

Miranda watched from the door. "Now, do you really deserve that?"
