Ayama smirked. "Your data also appears to be outdated and wrong."

"Look, I've got the infected standing still." Miranda said. "Just get us the fuck out of here."

"People die out there of hunger, of rape and no one even cares."

"I never said it was accurate but its enough to know who you are." He looked her over. "I don't underestimate you and I know you can kill me. Just be careful though because I can do the same. Also, be careful of this floor. I rigged it and forgot which panels cause the explosions." He smiled tapping his foot lightly.

"What the hell? What do you mean by that?" Turk replied as radio chatter began to return to him responding of the infected suddenly rupturing and dying as they neared the convoy.

"That is not good. I guess you can say you were in a better place physically." He replied. "But what did you think of it?" He asked the girl.

"Many have tried to kill me, and all have failed." Ayama said. "You don't even know my name where as they did."

Miranda started to grow weaker with every infected that died.

"I liked it." Ariel said. "I had my mum."

"Well there is a danger of not knowing of someone in battle but I believe there is also an excitement." He replied as he looked at her. "There is a reason they call me Mammon." He smiled as a hand touched Ayama's shoulder.

"We are fine!" Euchre replied as he frantically tried to find a way to stop Miranda and poked her side. The convoy began to move as a few more soldiers entered the rig. The group of vehicles fired at anything as they moved forward.

"You got to tell me who you are." Turk replied as he looked at the two.

"That is always good... I wonder where she is now." Blue replied as he pressed his back against a wall. "I was trying to replace a Core general that now works for Lee. I was born in an alright family but I could have really helped if I did great in my job. Now I can't go back. It will help much more if they know I don't return." He replied as he began to break the trackers on his helmet.

"Where will you go?" Ariel asked.

"Miranda." She said. "My name is Miranda."

Ayama knocked his hand away quickly.

"I'm dying. Not really much I can do." He replied as he rested on his makeshift seat made of iron and wood. "Just trying to stay alive long enough for you to see your mom. I did my part hopefully all this information was captured."

"Where'd you get that?" Turk asked. "Your anomalies are off the charts. Your not even supposed to be human with those sorts of stress levels." Turk replied as a few soldiers aimed their weapons but he urged them to back down.

"That is not my hand." Mammon replied as the hand fell and convulsed on the ground. "That is another person who likes to have their fun." He replied as he stepped on it and crushed it. "He wants us too start."

"Someone close to me gave me an experimental drug to save my life." Miranda said.

Ariel nodded slowly.

"Start what?" Ayama asked.

"What the fuck..." Turk replied as he held something to her as it went berserk. "I couldn't even keep you captive if I wanted too. Whatever you have is some high end stuff. Even we haven't developed something so radical and we kept most of the tech from those wars... Could it been those damn scientist remnants. We should have wiped them out as they fled. Whoever gave you that must have had a pretty damn good reason to give it to you because you are basically a walking atomic bomb with that thing. Even though you can control it now it doesn't assure it will be easier later." Turk replied as he sat at the front of the tank. "You can do as you please for now and can leave once we exit this forest and pick up any stragglers. I have no say to someone like you and I feel more pained then scared after imagining what they had to do to create something that drastic. How many people must have suffered. Just count yourself and any provisions you need we have." Turk replied as the multiple vehicles flashed tons of lights throughout the forest.

Blue stood back up. "We should move... I don't like it here." He replied as he heard another noise. He picked up his arm and aimed it from where he heard the movement.

Something began to drag itself across the floor and his eyes flashed.

The Federation had begun a plague.

"Let's go!" He replied as he tried to make sure Ariel didn't see the being and pushed her through some wreckage and tried to get into the open. He couldn't imagine what he saw outside.

"Well currently you are being tracked by one of the scientists that has created the philosophers. A majority of them created the horrors of destruction from the war like the Erina virus and the GE system. They are trying to recreate a group that can be stable and populate the world after we completely finish ourselves off. They are trying to start a final war to end all other ideas. Like the religious zealots under Huluhot but Huluhot has his own intentions which aren't a good alternative. In the end you have the largest private mercenary group and you are a big part of this. I still don't understand what your doing but people have called you the mother and your group the haven for old soldiers. You are a wild card in all of this because you have no allegiance and I have to ask why? Because of all times, this should be no time to align yourself with greed." Mammon looked at her as he walked over and stepped on the hand. The hand struggled but eventually snapped after it struggled to support the weight. "Just be careful. The "Doctor" who is following you... Like's to keep souvenirs for his collection. Strange man." He replied as he threw the knife at her.

"One of us has to die now but if you have any questions. Ask them before I cease the existence of your mind."

"I would like to see you try." Ayama said as she caught the knife with ease. "I've been waiting for Death for years. As for this 'doctor' lets just say he isn't the first to have stalked me."

Ariel began to struggle. Elizabeth chose that moment to rush in and scoop her daughter up. She held her close to her.

Miranda was silent as she looked out the window.

"You should know now not to trust anything I throw at you." He replied as the knife began to tick. He then dropped a packet of explosives onto the ground and slid it toward her with his foot. "Let us see how you react in this situation."

Blue watched her as she took her child away. "Took you long enough... I wasn't going to make it much longer." He replied as he looked around. The undead were stalking about but hadn't noticed their presence.

"What's wrong?" Euchre asked a bit worried as she became silent.

"That drug took awhile to wear off." Elizabeth spat at him.

"I'm not going to be assessed." Ayama said. She turned the dagger around and thrusted it into her own stomach.

"Tired." She gave him a small smile.

"At least it didn't kill you... As long as you don't continue to hallucinate or feel the need to scratch out your veins you should be fine." He replied as he looked at Ariel. "You should get to safety now. Those things will eventually going to know we are here and I don't plan on going quietly." He replied as he pulled his weapon.

"Uh oh." He replied as he grabbed Ayama's arm and prevented her from stabbing her. "Well we failed the test and you made him angry." He replied.

"Anything I can get you?" Turk asked as he sat across from Miranda. "We should be out by morning but half my team is missing. Looks like it was as bad as we thought and the Federation has stalled our advancement in at least thirty percent of the region."

Ayama spat at the man infront of her. "I don't care what I've made him, but he's gonna wish he didn't make me angry."

Ariel held onto her mother tightly. Elizabeth turned and fled from the room.

"Some rest." Miranda said. "That isn't uninterrupted with death?"

"Well unlike that last fake explosive that one is real." He pointed at the package at her feet and wiped away her spit. "Also, take you anger on me."

Blue grinned and began firing. "Come on and get your food." He replied to the undead.

"I'm sorry." Euchre replied. Turk silenced as the vehicle kept moving. The gleam of the sun began to come over the horizon.

"No." Ayama said. "You're not my target. None of you are and I never should have listened to Drea about coming in here!"

Elizabeth turned back to him. "Oh my god." She groaned before shouting. "Don't be an idiot!"

Miranda lent against Euchre and closed her eyes.

"You are much more related here than you might believe." Mammon replied.

"I thought you were a soldier. One who wanted to fight." The scientist spoke over the loudspeaker.

"You have to go! We have hundreds and ones that are unseen! This will make it much safer for you two!" He replied as he fired at some nearby. They began to get attracted by the noise.

Euchre just held her as the vehicle rocked back and forth.

"I am not a soilder." Ayama said. "I kill to survive, but not for one side. Any who pay me recieves my survices. I am a whore of the murder world."

Elizabeth swore before leaving him.

Miranda fell asleep.

Mammon laughed. "Let me ask you something... Does anyone do this willingly? Do we do this out of some kind of pleasure?" Mammon walked around the room.

"If you want money I can give you a boy who is worth more than anything I could give you. He has given me nothing but trouble but selling him to the the federation, league or borderlands will give you plenty of profit." The score fist spoke over the microphone. "I can give you the details since you are not willing to entertain me I will play your game and offer you the most I can give you. Trust me I could feed your military group for months with bills I can offer you but the boy can be bought for twenty times that I guarantee. You can sell him first before you deal with me but I promise you that betraying my trust is unwise. You can see that with Mammon I made him mentally unstable-"

"I work with you because I had too in this facility it was how to survive." Mammon replied.

Euchre stroked her head as Turk looked at them.

"So how'd she get a slave like you? You look like you were once royalty. Must have been pretty damn pricy. More than our freaken caravan here." He replied as the vehicle continued to rock. "So what are you doing here? It's Hell all across the borderlands and its much safer inside the countries. We just launched an attack on the underground turtle city and I have already received dozens of phone calls of friends who have died. Seems the federation has infected the place as well. Must be Hell there like other cities. I don't even know if they can take it over. I believe they can but I don't inlaid they can.... Anyways you probably views us as the evil men of tyranny disrupting the peace but we have very damn good reasons to almost bring another world war into existence. With what the federation has done to the border regions wmwe have even more evidence they are somehow involved with the destruction and murder of our cities and civilians... Why do you believe these diseases spread so rampant? They aren't very contagious unless you constantly contaminate the source of food, water and supplies which mainly come from the federation. We had a city that once housed five million suddenly become abandoned because of diseases like this and it doesn't only hurt our population but our economy and thoughts of government. This is basically their answer to say they are trying to accomplish something." Turk replied as he silenced and they continued to move on he seemed to regret the war but agreed with it.

A group of soldiers vastly different from the ones she earlier encountered told Elizabeth to move as the wreckage got worst. "You will be entering a sate zone a mile from here. It has water, beds and medical supplies." A soldier replied as they moved opposite of her.

Gun shots were still heard in the distance.

"If you give me a boy who is worth something, I will keep him and train him myself." Ayama said. "I do not believe in slavery."

Miranda curled into Euchre's side and held him tighter.

Elizabeth held her frightened child tighter and followed where the men told her to go.

"You believe slavery is above killing? That is severely odd. I believe ending someone's life or forcing them into unending servitude is just as bad. Why do you have a heart for that when you clearly want money? To get money you need to sell drugs or women or even children. If your views are placed in monetary value than you cannot discriminate where it comes from as long as it comes in." The scientist finished. "The boy is very valuable the last experiment we created before this war ever started. The best minds worked on him and he was to be the finalization of our work. Unfortunately this Hell happened and resorted me to remain in hiding until I finally created this prison and could continue my work. Surprisingly I found that same exact boy. He had nearly been destroyed after an attack on my facility but I discovered his body and was able to keep him alive. He is still in suspension and I haven't awaken him yet but anyone can offer an award for him. With his information people like Lee from the shambles of Core or the Eunachs from the federation or even the Peace president Tyra who has been fighting all of this for this specific information will want him. In the borderlands though he is useless and I have retrieved all I could from him. I have already dissected his body a ridiculous amount of times and am not sure I can continue without him completely passing away. I've done all I could with him and now he is on the edge of death if I continue to use him. He will be alive I warn you but his healing process won't be for at least a day." The scientist ended. "If you fought in the battles before this you would know this person is valuable as Liquid once was."

Mammon listened to everything and turned towards her. "I don't like the man but he won't lie at how brutal he is... Actually I believe he is being a bit modest for now."

Euchre just held her closely and nuzzles her head.

Turk just told the soldiers to focus on entering the League safe zone and enter Peace territory.

As she walked other survivors were escaping. Some burned viciously while others holding the dead bodies of their loves ones. Some soldiers walked among them. Holding their helmets to their side as some were bleeding profusely and others were missing limbs. It seemed eerily quiet until someone tapped her on the shoulder and offered her and her daughter a bottle of water. He seemed to have passed many to others that moved along and although he wore a cloak that covered him almost completely he seemed at least inviting. A bag at his side held hundreds of bottles of water. He urged her to take some.

"For the walk." He assured walking next to her.

"Thank you." Elizabeth said. She offered the bottle to her daughter, who drank it all. "Easy baby."

Miranda smiled softly in her sleep.

"I don't care if he's being fucking modest!" Ayama snapped. "The boy may be an experiment, but he at least deserves a life."

"I have plenty. Don't worry." The man replied as he continued to walk alongside her. "Just be careful, earlier I was walking along a 'safe' route and it erupted into flames." He replied. "I'm going to make sure it doesn't happen again." He replied. "I have multiple people trying to help and bring aid to anyone and lead them to the right direction. How did you end up in one of the worst places hit?" He asked as he handed some others they walked past bottled water.

"You have a heart despite having greed. You will have to choose between the two one day." The scientist replied. "Is it sufficient payment for some of your services? I have plenty to offer but currently that is all I can promise and the boy is damaged but should be fine I assure you. Just be careful. He is valued high enough for anyone to go after you. I threatened to do everything to keep others at bay hut you can see that even I couldn't keep a country like the League away."

Euchre smiled as he looked at her and closed their eyes.

They had arrived at a Peace outpost. Turk had left the two in the vehicle as supplies were being moved and a camp was being set up. It seemed like a group of civilians were helping them set up from other keidran to humans and even alundra. The soldiers just began cooking or helping fix anything that had broken or had been damaged in the forest. Some burying the undead that stuck to their cars and creating grave stones with large rocks they found at a river which flowed around them.

"Its a very long story." Elizabeth said.

Ayama crossed her arms and remained silent.

Miranda awoke soon after.

"I'm used to listening and it may calm you down." He replied as he pulled his hood slightly back to reveal part of his face. He had steely eyes and had covered his mouth with a cloth. He didn't look at her as he continued to hand out water as he passed.

"You should start with the prologue to your story because I believe the real start will begin soon."

"Don't be so angered. They will hunt me down and kill me before they ever think of me handing this boy to you and you are not worth anything to me dead. Now is this a deal or not miss Ayama?" The scientist spoke as a chamber began to open up and it revealed the scientist working on a boy with white hair. He began to stitch the boys body back together and looked at her from a thick pane of glass. He wore dark glasses and looked over at her as he cleaned some blood away from his hands. "Is it a deal?" He asked.

"Food is in the green tent the red tent is for medical aid and the blue tent is for equipment and supplies you may need." Turk replied to some of the civilians who had walked into the camp. The civilians thanked him and went to the according tents.

He turned and noticed her. "How's it like to sleep in one of our armac units?" He joked. "You guys slept like crazy. We have food cooking he replied as sausage and eggs were being made by the dozen and filled the air with their juices.

Elizabeth sighed. "I was working for a very powerful man. I was his right hand, the woman who kept everything in motion. That however changed one day when they captured a very important man. Only... That man then entered my mind. Forced me to betray the man who signed my cheques. After that everything changed. I went home to my daughter and men attacked. We were then forced to leave the only place she called home and have only been thrown into firing lines since." She looked at the man. "I promised her a safe life, and she had one. Now, all she's seeing is death and bullets."

"You're sick." Ayama breathed at him.

"Hey, cool dude." A young and handsome boy said as he he held onto the side of the plaace the boy was being held. "Can we keep him? Please?" He begged with a grin to Ayama.

Miranda moaned and collapsed on Turks shoulder. "You're amazing and I could kiss you."
